This Agent Privacy Policy explains how Visa Launchpad ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information specifically in connection with your use of the Agent Portal — in addition to, not instead of, our general Privacy Policy, which continues to apply to you as a Visa Launchpad account holder.

What we collect: Your name, email address, phone number, and the password you set for your agent account. How we use it: To create and manage your agent account, authenticate you, and communicate with you about your account. How it is stored/handled: Stored on our servers; passwords are stored in hashed form; transmitted over HTTPS. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with service providers operating our infrastructure, or as required by law.
What we collect: The headline, bio, banner image link, FAQs, testimonials, and custom sections you submit through your page builder. How we use it: To review, approve, and — once approved — publicly display your page. How it is stored/handled: Stored on our servers, including both your pending submissions and your currently live version. How it is shared: Publicly displayed once approved, as intended; not otherwise sold or shared beyond service providers operating our infrastructure.
What we collect: Your Stripe Connect account identifier and its onboarding/verification status. How we use it: To send your commission payouts and confirm your account is eligible to receive them. How it is stored/handled: The Stripe account identifier and status are stored on our servers; your underlying bank account and identity-verification details are collected and held directly by Stripe under Stripe's own security practices — not by us. How it is shared: Shared with Stripe as necessary to process payouts, or as required by law. Not sold.
This section applies to Website Agents. For Agency Accounts, see 5B below. What we collect/show you: Non-sensitive account and subscription information for clients who subscribed through your page — name, email, plan, and payment status — visible in your Agent Portal dashboard. What you never receive: A client's visa portal password or security answers in a form you can read. The agent-only extension uses a client's already-saved credentials only transiently, on that client's own connected session, without displaying them to you. How it is shared: Not sold. Available only to you, for your own clients, within the Agent Portal.
This applies only if you registered as an Agency Account. What we collect: When you save a card, it is collected and stored by Stripe, not by us. We store only Stripe's identifiers for your customer record, card and (for India-issued cards) e-mandate, plus the card brand and last four digits, and a record of every fee charged. How we use it: To charge your fee per client automatically when you add or renew a client, to show you your billing history, and to resolve failed or disputed charges. How it is shared: Shared with Stripe to process charges, and with your bank as part of India e-mandate pre-debit notifications. Not sold.
This applies only if you registered as an Agency Account. What we collect: For each client you add, the details you enter — name, optional contact email and mobile number, and their visa portal login (email or username, password, and security answers) — plus the booking activity generated for that client. How we use it: Only to monitor and book visa appointments for that client through the agent extension, to stop the same paid client being used for a different portal account, and to show you that client's progress in your Agency Portal. We do not contact your clients, send them emails, or use their details for marketing. How it is stored/handled: Portal logins are encrypted at rest and transmitted over HTTPS. Because you entered them, they are visible to you in your Agency Portal. If you delete a client, they are removed from your Agency Portal, but we keep the record (including fees paid) for our own billing, fraud-prevention, and legal purposes. Your responsibility: You must have each client's permission before entering their details, and you are responsible for informing your clients about how their information is used. How it is shared: Not sold. Used by Visa Launchpad and its service providers only as described above, or as required by law.
What we collect: IP address, browser type and user agent, extension version, timestamps, session tokens, and activity/log data generated by your Agent Portal and agent-extension sessions. How we use it: To authenticate your sessions, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure reliability. How it is stored/handled: Session tokens are stored locally on your device and sent to our servers over HTTPS; logs are retained only as long as needed for security and reliability. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with service providers operating our infrastructure, or as required by law.
Data described above is transmitted to and processed by Visa Launchpad infrastructure over secure HTTPS connections. Client visa-portal credentials remain governed by the handling described in our general Privacy Policy and are never transmitted to you.
We may share information in limited situations: service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, payment/payout processing, support tooling) under contractual confidentiality obligations; legal and safety reasons; or business transfers. We do not sell personal information.
We retain agent account and page-content information for as long as your agent account remains active, plus any period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS/modern encryption for data in transit, to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@visalaunchpad.com.
