Agent Terms of Use

These Agent Terms of Use ("Agent Terms") govern your registration and participation as an agent (reseller) on Visa Launchpad, in addition to — not instead of — the platform's general Terms of Use. By registering an agent account, you agree to both.

1. Nature of the Relationship

Your participation as an agent is an independent reseller/referral relationship with SCERST Visa Consultants Inc. It is not employment, partnership, agency in the legal sense, or a joint venture. You are responsible for your own tax obligations arising from commission you earn.

2. Registration & Your Page

You register for an agent account and may build a public page under your own slug. Every edit you submit is reviewed by our team and must be approved before it is shown publicly — until first approval, visitors to your page see a placeholder instead. We may reject or request changes to any content that is inaccurate, misleading, or violates these Agent Terms, and may remove previously approved content that later violates them.

3. Your Plans & Pricing

You set your own plan pricing and choose between a full-payment or split-payment mode for each plan. We do not review or approve individual pricing decisions, but every plan remains subject to the platform's underlying Terms of Use and Refund Policy.

4. Commission & Payouts

On every successful charge tied to one of your plans — the initial payment, a remaining-balance payment, or a credit top-up — you are paid a commission share and the platform retains the remainder. The current split is shown live in your Agent Portal dashboard; it may be changed by Visa Launchpad from time to time, and any change only applies to payments made after the change takes effect. Payouts are made automatically via Stripe Connect to the account you connect from your dashboard. Your plans cannot accept real subscriptions until Stripe Connect onboarding is complete.

5. Client Relationship

Clients who subscribe through your page remain Visa Launchpad users and are separately bound by the platform's own Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You do not have an independent contractual relationship with them beyond what is described in these Agent Terms.

6. Client Credentials & the Agent Extension

You may use the agent-only build of our browser extension to operate on behalf of a client who has connected an extension session to your account, but only using the visa portal credentials that client has already saved themselves through their own dashboard. You agree never to request, collect, store, or attempt to independently obtain a client's visa portal username, password, or security answers outside of that flow.

7. Refunds & Commission Reversal

If a client you referred is refunded, the corresponding commission you were paid or credited is deducted from your account, as described in our separate Agent Refund Policy.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) direct a client to pay you outside of Visa Launchpad for services this Service is meant to cover; (b) misrepresent your affiliation with Visa Launchpad or claim authority you do not have; (c) submit page content that is false, deceptive, defamatory, or infringes someone else's rights; or (d) attempt to access another agent's account, page, or client data.

9. Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your agent account for violating these Agent Terms, misuse, fraud, or a sustained pattern of client complaints or refunds, with or without notice where legally permitted. Outstanding commission debts (for example, from refund reversals) remain owed even after suspension or termination, and may be settled against any future amounts otherwise payable to you.

10. Changes

We may update these Agent Terms from time to time. Changes are effective when posted.

11. Governing Law and Venue

These Agent Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, excluding conflict-of-law rules. You agree that any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
