How much does it cost to become an agent?
Nothing. Registering as an agent and setting up your page is completely free. We only take our share (40%) when one of your clients actually pays for a plan.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are handled automatically through Stripe Connect. As soon as a client's payment is collected, your 60% share is transferred to your connected bank account — no invoicing, no chasing payments.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You create and price your own plans entirely — full payment upfront or a 50/50 split (50% now, 50% when a slot is successfully booked). Visa Launchpad doesn't set your prices for you.
Do I need to run the browser extension myself?
Yes, for now — the same Chrome extension direct clients use is what actually monitors and books appointments. You (or your team) run it for each client you're managing, using the portal details they give you through their dashboard.
Is Stripe Connect available everywhere?
Automated payouts are available in most countries Stripe supports. If yours isn't currently supported, you can still register — our team will follow up about alternative payout options for your region.
