How much does it cost to become an agent?
Nothing. Registering as an agent and setting up your page is completely free. We only take our commission share when one of your clients actually pays for a plan.
How and when do I get paid?
Payouts are handled automatically through Stripe Connect. As soon as a client's payment is collected, your commission share is transferred to your connected bank account — no invoicing, no chasing payments.
Can I set my own prices?
Yes. You create and price your own plans entirely — full payment upfront or a 50/50 split (50% now, 50% when a slot is successfully booked). Visa Launchpad doesn't set your prices for you.
Do I need to run the browser extension myself?
Yes, for now — the same Chrome extension direct clients use is what actually monitors and books appointments. You (or your team) run it for each client you're managing, using the portal details they give you through their dashboard.
Is Stripe Connect available everywhere?
Automated payouts are available in most countries Stripe supports. If yours isn't currently supported, you can still register — our team will follow up about alternative payout options for your region.
I run an agency and don't want a website. Can I add my clients myself?
Yes. When you register, choose "I don't need a website — I'll add my clients myself". After our team approves your agency and sets your fee per client, you save a card once and add your clients directly from your Agency Portal. Your clients never need to visit Visa Launchpad.
How is an agency charged?
A fixed fee per client, set for your agency by our team and shown in your portal. It's charged automatically to your saved card each time you add a client, and again if you renew a client after their 90 days end. Fees are non-refundable. For India-issued cards, your bank notifies you before each debit and the money is collected about 26 hours later — your client is active immediately.
Can an agency change a client's portal login later?
You can always update the password and security answers. The portal email/username can be corrected only until the extension first logs in — after that the client is tied to that portal account, and a different person must be added as a new client. Once an appointment is booked, the login is locked.
What happens if a client isn't happy with my service?
Clients have a direct channel in their dashboard to raise concerns with the Visa Launchpad team, so any issue is visible and handled fairly, protecting both you and your clients.
