Connecting it to a client
Once installed, you connect it per client — not once for your whole book of business. Open that client's page in your Agent Portal and click "Connect Extension." This is only available once that client has already connected their own portal account from their own dashboard.
You never see or enter a client's password
After connecting, the extension only ever auto-fills that client's own saved credentials — it never opens a form for you to type in a login yourself. See our Agent Privacy Policy for the full details.
