Agent Privacy Policy

This Agent Privacy Policy explains how SCERST Visa Consultants Inc. ("Visa Launchpad," "we," "us," "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information specifically in connection with your use of the Agent Portal — in addition to, not instead of, our general Privacy Policy, which continues to apply to you as a Visa Launchpad account holder.

2. Agent Account Information

What we collect: Your name, email address, phone number, and the password you set for your agent account. How we use it: To create and manage your agent account, authenticate you, and communicate with you about your account. How it is stored/handled: Stored on our servers; passwords are stored in hashed form; transmitted over HTTPS. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with service providers operating our infrastructure, or as required by law.

3. Page Content You Submit

What we collect: The headline, bio, banner image link, FAQs, testimonials, and custom sections you submit through your page builder. How we use it: To review, approve, and — once approved — publicly display your page. How it is stored/handled: Stored on our servers, including both your pending submissions and your currently live version. How it is shared: Publicly displayed once approved, as intended; not otherwise sold or shared beyond service providers operating our infrastructure.

4. Stripe Connect / Payout Information

What we collect: Your Stripe Connect account identifier and its onboarding/verification status. How we use it: To send your commission payouts and confirm your account is eligible to receive them. How it is stored/handled: The Stripe account identifier and status are stored on our servers; your underlying bank account and identity-verification details are collected and held directly by Stripe under Stripe's own security practices — not by us. How it is shared: Shared with Stripe as necessary to process payouts, or as required by law. Not sold.

5. Client Roster & Analytics

What we collect/show you: Non-sensitive account and subscription information for clients who subscribed through your page — name, email, plan, and payment status — visible in your Agent Portal dashboard. What you never receive: A client's visa portal password or security answers in a form you can read. The agent-only extension uses a client's already-saved credentials only transiently, on that client's own connected session, without displaying them to you. How it is shared: Not sold. Available only to you, for your own clients, within the Agent Portal.

6. Device, Session, and Usage Data

What we collect: IP address, browser type and user agent, extension version, timestamps, session tokens, and activity/log data generated by your Agent Portal and agent-extension sessions. How we use it: To authenticate your sessions, maintain security, prevent fraud and abuse, and ensure reliability. How it is stored/handled: Session tokens are stored locally on your device and sent to our servers over HTTPS; logs are retained only as long as needed for security and reliability. How it is shared: Not sold. Shared only with service providers operating our infrastructure, or as required by law.

7. Where Data Is Transmitted

Data described above is transmitted to and processed by Visa Launchpad infrastructure over secure HTTPS connections. Client visa-portal credentials remain governed by the handling described in our general Privacy Policy and are never transmitted to you.

8. Service Providers and Sharing

We may share information in limited situations: service providers that help us operate the Service (hosting, payment/payout processing, support tooling) under contractual confidentiality obligations; legal and safety reasons; or business transfers. We do not sell personal information.

9. Data Retention

We retain agent account and page-content information for as long as your agent account remains active, plus any period required for legal, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including HTTPS/modern encryption for data in transit, to protect information. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal information. To exercise these rights, contact us at support@visalaunchpad.com.
