How It Works — For Agents
Every step of running your book of clients on Visa Launchpad — with your own website, or as an agency that adds its own clients.
Register as an Agency
Sign up and choose "I don't need a website — I'll add my clients myself", then verify your email with the 6-digit OTP we send you. There's no page to build and no plans to set up.
- Registering is free
- Your account opens straight into the Agency Portal
- No public page, plans, or coupons — you work with your own clients directly
Get Approved & Receive Your Fee
Our team reviews your agency account and sets your fee per client. Your fee is shown in your Agency Portal before you are ever charged.
- One fixed fee per client, set for your agency
- Any fee change only applies to clients you add afterwards
- You can't add clients until your account is approved
Save Your Card Once
From the Billing page, click "Connect payment with Stripe" and save your card. You authorise us to charge it automatically each time you add or renew a client — no checkout every time.
- Your card is held securely by Stripe — we only see the brand and last 4 digits
- You can replace your card at any time
Add Your Clients
Click "Add client" and enter the client's name and their visa portal login (AIS email or CGI username, password, and security answers). Your fee is charged when you add them, and the client is active for 90 days.
- One client = one visa portal account
- Contact email and mobile are optional — we never contact your clients
- You confirm you have each client's permission to use their portal login
- Fees are non-refundable, including for clients you later delete
Connect the Extension for Each Client
Install the agent-only extension, open the client in your Agency Portal, and click "Connect Extension". The extension logs in with the portal login you saved for that client and starts monitoring.
- A separate, agent-only extension build — not the one direct clients install
- The extension only works with the portal account saved for that client
- One connection per client you're actively running
Running It — One Chrome Profile Per Client
To run more than one client at the same time, use a separate Chrome profile for each one — each profile is fully isolated, so their logins and extension sessions never mix. Once it's running, how reliably you can work multiple clients in parallel depends on which portal they're on.
- Create a new Chrome profile for each client you're actively running
- Pair the agent extension separately inside each profile
- AIS and CGI behave differently once monitoring starts — see below
Portal Login Rules
Each paid client is tied to one visa portal account, so one fee always covers one person.
- You can always update the portal password and security answers
- You can correct the portal email/username only until the extension first logs in
- After that, a different person must be added as a new client
- Once an appointment is booked, the login is locked completely
Renew After 90 Days
When a client's 90 days end, they show as Expired. Click "Renew" on that client to charge your fee again and keep them running for another 90 days. Your dashboard lists clients expiring within the next 7 days.
- Renewal uses the same saved card and the same fee
- Nothing is charged unless you choose to renew
Track Everything in Your Agency Portal
Your dashboard shows slots found, slots booked, booking success rate, how many days earlier we booked, clients expiring soon, and every fee you've paid.
- Full charge history on the Billing page
- Per-client details, bookings, and extension status on each client's page
Free to join, one simple fee per client
No website to build, no monthly minimums. You're only charged when you add or renew a client.
